Network Downtime [RESOLVED]

UPDATE 08:05 GMT 2012-02-09: Network is functional again, and services are up and running.

We are currently investigating a situation that's affecting one of our servers.

Server Outage (ECHO) [Resolved]

Due to a disk error on the ECHO server, we've had to remove the disk, and we're now attempting to clone the old drive on to a new drive.

We are estimating this will take about 4-6 hours to complete, but we're optimistic that it will be closer to 4.

During this procedure, all services will be unavailable, including mail and web.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your patience.

The hard drive swap was completed at 08:28 IST (GMT+0100) Friday morning.

Server Downtime

We have been having some ongoing problems with our ECHO server. The problems are most certainly hardware related, but we've been having trouble figuring out the exact cause. Today, we are going to install a new motherboard and processor. We will then keep observing the situation.

In the meantime, however, we would be more than happy to move accounts on to a more stable server. If you would like us to transfer your account, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Server Downtime [Resolved]

The server ECHO will be down for a little while today between 17:00 and 20:00 GMT while we do some upgrades and move some accounts on to another server. We apologize for the inconvenience.

DoS Attack

We are currently experiencing a DoS (Denial of Service) attack on one of our networks. This is affecting servers ALPHA, BRAVO and FOXTROT. We apologize for the inconvenience and are trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Server Outage (ECHO) [Resolved]

Due to a fire near one of the data centers, we are experiencing some power issues, which caused ECHO server to go offline.

Technicians are working on the problem right now, and we hope to be able to restore service very soon.
